Support Comparison in Oracle EBS
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) has long-term Premier Support up until December 2031 for instances on release 12.2 and onward. What does that mean for Oracle EBS instances below R12.2? They will lose Premier Support in December 2021 and enter into Sustaining Support.

Oracle EBS R12.2 is a continuous development release where no major upgrades are required. If you are in version 12.2, all new features will be provided via regular periodic patch-sets.
If your EBS is not in version 12.2, you will lose access to new patches, fixes, or updates that ensure the safety, integrity, and overall usability of your EBS instance.
