Greg is a Technology Management professional with over 25 years’ experience in strategic planning, management, and tactical execution of a variety of IT solutions, including custom and packaged ERP systems - ranging from startup companies to multi-billion dollar global corporations.
Greg is responsible for ensuring customer success by coordinating overall Solution Architecture across multiple Oracle technologies and their delivery. He stays engaged with ITC customers as well as with Oracle on a continual basis, bringing a long-term perspective to the customer relationship to maximize the value of the customers’ investment in both Oracle and ITC.
Richard works very closely with VP and C-Level Executives to identify business gaps and deficiencies, and helps customers maximize their investment in Oracle by bringing solutions focused on process improvement, digital transformation and Cloud adoption.
With an established track record of 19+ years managing customer relationships across a broad variety of industries, Richard is prolific across all of ITC's lines of business and service offerings.
